For the months of September, October and November, students are learning vocabulary and expressions needed in order to be successful as they begin their learning in a French Immersion program.
Topics include objects in the classroom, weather, fall, seasons, opposites, clothes, body parts and the alphabet. Grammar includes prepositions, masculine and feminine articles (le, la,les, un, une, des) and possessive pronouns (mon, ma, mes, etc). We are also working on sounds and sound blends. Our main focus is to provide the children with the vocabulary they need to communicate in the classroom.
